What data we process and why

This site is informational and does not store your data on any server or database of our own. The contact form does not send information to any system: it opens WhatsApp with your message already written, so you decide whether to send it.

We only process the data you give us when you get in touch (via WhatsApp, email or phone): your name, your phone number or email, and the content of your enquiry. The purpose is to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage any relationship that may follow.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract at your request.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations).

Recipients and providers

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Running the site and communicating with you involves necessary providers: our web host (Cloudflare) and, only if you choose those channels, WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms) and our email provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by data protection law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to alhondigacamper@gmail.com. If you feel we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this privacy policy prevails.
